Limited lifetime warranty

Erkul Auto USA LLC provides a warranty to the original purchaser on all Erkul-branded products, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the time period specified below. This warranty applies only to Erkul-manufactured products and is non-transferable. To qualify for service, the product owner must present a copy of this Warranty Policy when requesting repairs.

Under the terms of this warranty, Erkul Auto will, within thirty days and at no charge for parts or labor, repair any defects in materials or workmanship. If a repair is not feasible, Erkul Auto will replace the product. Alternatively, the purchaser may opt to receive a refund equal to the purchase price or a credit toward the purchase of a new Erkul product in the same category.

Please note, this warranty does not cover any damage to non-Erkul products used in combination with Erkul products.

This warranty excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, modifications, or any unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover defects arising from misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount, or use the product according to Erkul’s instructions or guidelines.

In the event of a defect, purchasers should first contact the Erkul dealer from whom the product was purchased. If the dealer cannot resolve the issue, the purchaser should reach out to Erkul Auto in writing. If the product needs to be returned, Erkul Auto will provide a return address and any necessary instructions. The purchaser must include proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) and a detailed description of the defect. Erkul Auto will refund any associated mailing costs upon presentation of mailing receipts.

Limitation of Liability: Repair, replacement, refund, or credit, as determined by Erkul Auto, is the sole remedy under this warranty. Erkul Auto disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or any damages not directly caused by a product defect.

This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, except for those which are legally required. Purchasers may have additional rights depending on their location.
