How to start a return
Contact us first at 609-245-6424 (call or text) or support@erkulautousa.com with your order number and the reason for the return - many fit, installation, or missing-part issues turn out not to need one. If a return is the right call, we email a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Repack the item in its original packaging with all parts and the packing slip, then drop it off with the carrier.
What qualifies
Eligible: returned within 30 days of delivery, in new or gently used condition, in the original packaging with the packing slip, with all accessories and hardware included. Defective products are accepted with no restocking fee.
Not eligible: requests made past the 30-day window (unless the product is defective), modified products (drilled, cut, or altered), returns missing original packaging or major parts, damage from misuse or overloading, and products bought for testing purposes.
Refund timing
Day 1-5: your return is in transit to our warehouse on the prepaid label. Day 5-7: our team receives, inspects, and approves it, and emails you confirmation. Day 7-10: the refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 2-3 business days of approval. Day 10-12: your bank or card company posts the refund (1-2 additional business days).
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The simplest path is a full refund on the original item, then a new order for the correct product - no price-difference math and no waiting on stock holds.
Fit-guarantee cases
Every ERKUL rack or running board ships with a guaranteed fit or free return: if it does not fit your exact vehicle, contact us and we will make it right. If an item arrives damaged or parts are missing, send photos and your order number and we will ship a replacement or the missing parts at no charge, usually without a return at all. A manufacturing defect found after 30 days is covered separately by the Erkul Limited Lifetime Warranty (carriers & accessories: 2 years) as a warranty claim, not a return.
