Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No — we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If you receive an "unpaid" return label by mistake, please don't pay it — contact us and we'll send a prepaid one right away.
What if I already installed the product?
If the product is undamaged and can be repackaged, we'll still accept the return. If it shows signs of installation damage (scratches, bent parts, stripped hardware), we may apply a handling fee or offer replacement parts instead.
Can I return after 30 days?
Standard returns end at 30 days from the delivery date. If your product has a manufacturing defect, it's covered under our 2-year warranty — contact us with photos and we'll handle it as a warranty claim, not a return.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
We don't process direct exchanges. The simplest path is: return the original item for a full refund, then place a new order for the correct product. No price-difference math, no waiting on stock holds.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Take photos of the damaged box and the affected parts and send them to us before doing anything else. We'll file a carrier claim and ship a replacement right away — in most cases there's no need to return the damaged item.
What if parts are missing from my order?
Contact us with photos and your order number. We'll ship the missing parts at no charge — much faster than going through a return process.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
No restocking fee for defective or unused products in original condition. A handling fee may apply if the product comes back damaged, used roughly, or with missing parts.
I'm in Canada — can I return my order?
Yes — most products can be returned from Canada. Contact us and we'll send you a prepaid international return label.
Note: ASAF crossbars are not currently shipped to or from Canada.
What if I modified the product?
Modified products (drilled, cut, painted, or otherwise altered) are no longer eligible for return or warranty, since modifications can affect structural integrity. If a modification was made because the product didn't fit your vehicle, contact us — there may be an exception if we shipped the wrong part.
How long until the refund actually appears in my account?
We issue the refund within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. After that, your bank or credit card company typically posts it within 1–2 business days. If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your return, please contact us.
