First of all, if you have a problem about the installation process or a missing part, please contact us before returning the product and we can help you.

To return your order, it's important to contact us.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

A handling fee may be applied to damaged or missing products.

When we receive the product, we will process your refund in 3 business days to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
