Return? Product doesn’t fit?
If you think the product you received doesn’t fit, reach our support and leave a message we will offer you the prepaid return label or provide support for the optimal solutions.
Received damaged product?
Take pictures of the product and the box(if damaged) if any parts are missing inform us we can offer multiple solutions; replacements, discounts … .
Bars are different Lengths?
It’s normal for the bars to be different lengths. The longer bar is for the front and the shorter is for the rear of the roof.
Bars seem to be incorrect lengths?
This can be caused by 2 factors:
A: The bar isn’t properly inserted in the mount.

B: If the above issue doesn’t solve the issue, please measure the lengths of the bars and contact us. We will be more than happy to provide replacement bars.

Roof rail too thick?
We have mounts that can be compatible with roof rails over 2” thick, reach us for assistance.

Need help assembling the mount?
Make sure you have all the parts prior to assembling.
Covers don’t lock?
This can be caused by 2 factors:
A: Initially, the locking assembly might be resistant. Insert the key into the cover and place the cover onto the mount. While pressing down on both the key and the cover, twist the key left and right. You may need to apply some force.
B: It’s possible that there might be plastic debris in the mount that needs to be removed. Watch the video: Removing Plastic Debris
Bars make too much noise?
While some noise at high speeds is typical when the rack is unloaded, excessive noise warrants attention. Follow these steps to address the issue:
- It is crucial that the thicker side of the bars faces the front of the car.
- Occasionally, a minor adjustment in the positioning of the bars on your car roof can resolve the problem.
- If the issue persists after following these steps, please contact us. We can offer replacement parts or alternative solutions.
