The essentials, right here on your phone. Full manual link below.
130 lbs (60 kg) total, about 33 lbs (15 kg) per bike. Also check your hitch's own tongue weight rating, whichever is lower. Max driving speed with bikes loaded: 75 mph (120 km/h), factory-confirmed.
Every bike needs BOTH the wheel strap and the frame hold-down strap before you drive. One alone isn't enough.
Fold the rack up against the hitch when it's not loaded. It adds length to your vehicle and needs extra room when reversing or parking.

FAQ
Can I carry e-bikes?+
Yes, as long as each e-bike stays under 33 lbs (15 kg), the same per-bike limit as regular bikes.
Does it tilt down for trunk access?+
Yes. RideMax 4 tilts down for trunk or hatch access on most vehicles, even when loaded.
What size hitch does it need?+
A 2-inch hitch receiver, Class III or higher.
Does it lock?+
The hitch pin is secured with a clip, not a keyed lock. For extra security, pair it with your own hitch lock or cable lock.
