Roof Rails FAQ
Erkul Roof Rails are OEM-style replacement rails made for your specific vehicle. They install onto factory mounting points and accept all Erkul crossbar models.
The screws don't align with my roof's mounting points
Try installing the middle leg first, then proceed with the front and rear legs. This often resolves alignment issues, since starting at the ends can pull the rail slightly out of position.
If that doesn't help, please send a photo of the mounting area and we'll help diagnose.
How do I install if my trim doesn't have screw covers?
If your trim has fixed screw holes but no removable covers, the best approach is to remove the trim entirely for installation. As an alternative, you can drill access holes in the trim to reach the screws.
Are these compatible with Erkul crossbars?
Yes — once installed, our roof rails accept all Erkul crossbar models including Skybar V1 (Raised Rails) and the Wingcarrier V3.
Do roof rails come with a warranty?
Yes — all Erkul roof rails carry a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
How do I return roof rails or get a missing/damaged part?
Damaged or missing parts: Send photos of the shipping box and the affected part — we'll ship a free replacement, no return needed.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, original packaging, unused or gently used. Contact support and we'll send a prepaid return label.
