Which bar goes at the front?+
The longer bar goes at the front, shorter at the rear. Lay them side by side to compare — most kits ship with bars of slightly different lengths.
What's the maximum weight capacity?+
Up to 165 lbs (75 kg) evenly distributed. Always check your vehicle's roof load limit and never exceed the lower of the two.
Why is there wind noise when driving?+
Some noise is normal when bars are unloaded — that's airflow over the aerodynamic profile. If excessive, check alignment and re-tighten. A wind fairing reduces it further.
Are the crossbars lockable?+
Yes. Each mount has a locking mechanism. Insert the key into the lock cover (B), push the cover onto the mount, and turn the key to lock.
What does the #3 line on the mount window mean?+
It marks the maximum safe insertion depth. Each line = 1 cm; up to a 2 cm gap is normal. If the bar shows more than 2 cm, contact support.
