Yes — 500D PVC with sealed seams, built to handle rain, snow, and car washes when it's fully zipped.
Do I need a roof rack to use it?+
No — StormPack straps on with the included door-hook straps on any vehicle with a solid roof. If you do have crossbars, wrap the extra straps around them for added stability.
How do I fold it for storage?+
Roll it tightly and use the included storage bag. Never fold or store it wet — that can cause mildew.
