Why are the lock covers pre-installed?+
They ship pre-installed for shipping protection. Unlock and remove them at the start, then reinstall at the end.
What's the maximum weight capacity?+
Up to 220 lbs (100 kg) evenly distributed. Always check your vehicle's roof load limit and never exceed the lower of the two.
Can I install Strong V2 by myself?+
Yes — most users can install with the included Allen key. We recommend reading the manual first and having a second person assist with alignment.
Are the crossbars lockable?+
Yes. Each mount has a lock cover with a metal key. Always lock after installation for theft deterrence.
