The roof rack part's and pieces are high quality and easy to assemble, that's why I gave a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The instructions and video don't match up with the roof rack and my vehicle.
With a little common sense I figured it out and they're quiet, great looking and the carry my SUP.

I have the Kia Soul with fixed points for installing the crossbars. The factory instructions weren't 100% specific to my installation, but after watching an additional DIY video it all made sense. The parts fit well and the quality is great. Satisfied customer.

Screws are too short and company asked me to get size of **** so they could send me extensions

Screws are too short and company asked me to get size of **** so they could send me extensions. Well the manual does state the size of the ****, so I have no info to give them.
