1.Panoramic Moonroof Clearance: Minor rubbing with panoramic glass often happens if the footings sit directly over a roof seam or mechanism. Shifting the crossbar placement slightly forward or backward along the flush rails can often provide the extra millimeter of clearance needed to open the moonroof safely.
2.Tool & Orange Access Caps: We are sorry to hear the included hex key deformed and that the access caps aren't staying closed properly. We would be happy to send you a replacement tool and replacement caps right away.
3.Footing Material & Strength: While the footings are made of lightweight composite plastic to stay rust-proof, they are reinforced for heavy-duty outdoor loads and weather exposure.
4.Extra Rubber Sealing Strips: We completely understand the need for extra rubber filler strips when swapping accessories. Please email us directly at support2@erkulautousa.com with your order number, and we will ship you a complimentary set of extra rubber strips and a new hex tool.
