0 out of 5 for customer service. I ordered this product, and received a confirmation email with the correct shipping address. However, the shipping address that FedEx received from the shipper was a completely random street, in a different town. I had to get the delivered address from FedEx (Who wouldn't go pick it up because they technically delivered to the correct address they were provided). I then got in touch with the homeowner by posting a picture of the product on his door in a facebook community group. (which was sucessful and I managed to get the package). During this, I emailed ERKIL twice about them messing up the delivery address and I am yet to have received a response. The only response I got was this email asking How they did. They did poorly. I can't speak for the product as I haven't yet installed it. I'm sure it's fine. PS - I paid $100 for shipping.
