The mounts and bars are much larger than anticipated and rival OEM bars on a couple of SUVs I've owned. I don't know how they compare to OEM Mini's, but that's the fitting I ordered. The installation instructions are very good, clear, and consise. The mounts are molded with L and R on the underside, and the instructions point out that if the bars are different length, the longer one is mounted to the front of the vehicle. Very nice!
These racks are PERFECT for my Mini. They are sturdy, and the antitheft system works fantastic! The instructions are well written, and the customer service is great, too. This has allowed me to go on many adventures, and I can't wait to keep exploring.
I bought these for my 2016 MINI R60 and can’t believe how much sportier my MINI looks. I bought a few T-channel eyelets and a set of RhinoUSA retractable ratchet straps and now I can haul large items on top of my MINI. I definitely would recommend this product!

It was easy to install.
I was a little apprehensive in getting something that was not “Mini” sanctioned but I;’m glad I bought these and saved some money. The first mount took a little time but now they are on/off in no time. No problems in attaching a Thule carrier.
