Unfortunately the rack did not fit my Outlander. Customer service sent new inner claws but this still did not fit. Customer service was great in trying to supply me with one that would fit but unfortunately had to send this back.

The cross bars they sent me didn't exactly fit my vehicle, when I contacted their customer service on Whatsapp they asked for measurements of my car roof and quickly sent the replacement parts that fit very well. Erkul Crossbars (22'Mitsubishi Outlander)
Nice cross bars but may look even better if the design will hide the scew mechanisms beneath it! Feels sturdy though! Ordered a long **** after reading others reviews before placing my order. Haven't tried in the highway if the noise will be noticeable inside the cabin.
