We are very sorry to hear about the whistling noise you're experiencing at speeds over 30 mph!A high-pitched whistle at lower speeds is almost always caused by air passing through an open channel or an inverted crossbar. We would appreciate if you could send us a photo of how your roof rack is installed so we can check your rail installation.
In the meantime, please check the following key steps to eliminate the noise:
Rubber Sealing Strips (Top & Bottom): Ensure the rubber strips are fully pressed into the top channel AND completely cover any exposed slots on the underside of the bars. Open slots underneath act like a whistle when air passes over them.
Bar Orientation: Confirm that the thicker, rounded edge of the aerodynamic profile is facing toward the front of your vehicle, with the tapered thin edge pointing toward the rear.
End Caps: Make sure the end cap covers are fully closed and locked in place.
